The website psyself.pro is owned and operated by the International School of Gestalt Therapy “SELF” (PsySelf), Vilnius, Lithuania (the “School”). The website is intended to provide information about the basic training programme for gestalt therapists and to accept applications to participate in it.

The information on the website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer. The website does not provide medical, psychiatric or any other licensed services and is not a substitute for professional consultation.

All materials on the website, including texts, design, logos, images and code, are the intellectual property of the School or are used on lawful grounds. Use of the materials without the School’s written consent is not permitted, except for quotation to the extent justified by the purpose and with reference to the source.

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. The School makes reasonable efforts to keep the website up to date and operational, but does not warrant its uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or fitness for the user’s particular purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the School shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or other damages arising in connection with the use of or inability to use the website, or for decisions made by the user on the basis of information from the website.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania and, where applicable, the law of the European Union. Disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

The School may unilaterally amend these Terms. The current version is always available at psyself.pro/en/terms. By continuing to use the website after changes are published, you agree to the new version.
