1. Who we are. Data controller

2. What personal data we collect

Through the programme application form we collect:

  • first and last name;
  • e-mail address;
  • phone number or messenger contact;
  • information about your education;
  • city and country of residence;
  • free-text question (if you choose to provide one).

We do not request or collect through the website any special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR.

3. Purposes of processing

  • processing your application to the programme;
  • contacting you regarding your application, the programme and organisational matters;
  • sending you a confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your application.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the box in the application form (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Recipients and processors

To achieve the above purposes we engage the following processors:

  • Google LLC (Google Sheets) — storage of received applications in the school’s spreadsheet.
  • Telegram — internal notification to the organisers about a new application.
  • E-mail service (transactional e-mails, sender domain notify.psyself.pro) — sending the confirmation e-mail to you.
  • Website hosting provider — technical operation of the website.

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. International data transfers

Some of the services listed above are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular in the United States. When transferring data, we rely on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR (including standard contractual clauses and/or adequacy decisions), as well as on your explicit consent within the meaning of Article 49(1)(a) of the GDPR.

7. Retention period

We retain the data from your application for до завершения набора + 12 месяцев (until the end of the admission campaign plus 12 months), after which the data is deleted or anonymised, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • request rectification of inaccurate data;
  • request erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
  • restrict processing;
  • receive your data in a structured format (data portability);
  • object to processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, VDAI): vdai.lrv.lt.

We use strictly necessary cookies for the basic operation of the website. Other categories of cookies (such as analytics) are enabled only after your consent, which you can give or withdraw via the cookie banner that appears on your first visit.
